**Responsibilities**:

- Sourcing Performance_
- Support execution of the sourcing strategy for the domain
- Domain financial performance (cost control, product continual improvement focus)
- Effective teamwork with internal customers and stakeholders in problem solving
- Consolidation of domain needs, inputs
- Manage supplier QCD and Economic Development performance in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Contribute to commodity risk management and sets appropriate mitigation plan within domain
- Secure supplier selection and on time purchase order placement within the domain
- Support buyers when facing commercial and contractual negotiation during project execution phasse
- Challenge internal stakeholders to secure project execution and profitability
- Support local buyer team interface with central sourcing teams
- Support accounting department to align on invoice accounting and payable days
- Support quality on NCR treatment and improvement, CONQ management
- Support supply chain to monitor and material inventory and OTIF objective
- Drive team performance through KPI
- Actively participate in continuous improvement
- Team management and development_
- Capability of sharing & developing others
- Act as a mentor and coach for the team
- Team cohesiona and ability to work with peers

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree or Postgrade degree in Logistics, Purchasing, Finance (Technical / Industrial may be considered)
- MCIPS will be an advantage
- Solid working experience, with souricng/supply chain exposure (manufacturing / automotive / rail industry preferred)
- Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
- Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analysing and interpreting data
- Solid judgement with ability to make good decisions
- MS Office package and SAP profeciency

**Desired Knowledge / Experience & Behaviour**:

- Strong negotiation skills (contracts with suppliers)
- Good communication skills
- Adaptability, agility and conciseness

Dunnottar, Nigel with occassional supplier visits
