Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell educational products and services.

2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

3. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

4. Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.

5. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

4. Ability to work well in a team and independently.

5. Knowledge of the educational sector is a plus.

6. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
