**Types of Contracts**: fixed term contracts ( actual contract duration periods to be confirmed at interviews )

**Main purpose of the job **To assist with data movement, data quality assurance, installation, and maintenance of DOH and MatCH data management systems at facility, community, and district levels. These are NOT limited to (CBIMS.NET, Aris Data warehouse, Tier.net software, RX Solutions, HPRS, CRR Assessments and SyNCH). Automated (Digital) data collection Tools, visualization, and SQL script development.

**Required minimum education and training** o Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in information technology or similar field required. o Valid driver’s license with driving experience.

**Minimum work experience** o Minimum 3 years’ experience, Tier.net, RX Solutions, SyNCH or related systems.

**Desirable additional education, work experience and personal abilities** o Knowledge of SQL Server databases. o Self-motivated, able to work independently and work as part of a diverse and multi-disciplinary team. o Thorough with good attention to detail. o Good Technical skills are required together with a working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and database development. o Ability to multi-task and work towards meeting deadlines. o Travelling will and working overtime may be required from time to time. o High stress tolerance and able to cope under pressure. o Maintain effective working relationships with all relevant MatCH staff at various levels. o Liaise and maintain effective working relationships with internal and DoH staff. o Knowledge of the public health sector policies and procedures. o Advanced computer literacy, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint. o Communication skills (written & verbal). o Report writing skills. o Training skills. o Project management skills. o Basic monitoring and evaluation (M&E) skills in data management and handling. o Ability to evaluate and interpret technical information. o Valid Driver’s license. o Ability to travel to supported facilities. o Available to commence work immediately.
