Floor Manager

Fashion Fusion is looking for an ambitious and Driven Floor Manager to join the team and play a crucial role in shaping the success of our vibrant and innovative Fashion Retail Experience.

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee the day-to-day operations on the floor, ensuring smooth functioning of all activities.

Direct and supervise staff members, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking activities, and optimize stock placement to meet customer demand.

Work towards achieving sales targets by implementing effective strategies and motivating the team.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and security measures to safeguard customers, employees, and company assets.

Facilitate communication between different departments and levels of staff to ensure seamless coordination.

Foster a positive work environment, motivate team members, and encourage professional growth and development.

**Required Competencies**:
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a retail or customer service setting.

Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with staff and customers.

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Proven ability to identify issues, analyze situations, and implement effective solutions.

Understanding of retail principles, including inventory management, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.

Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to retail operations.

**Salary**: R7 000,00 - R9 000,00 per month
