- Qualified Blockman
- Butchery Management qualification would be an advantage
- Relevant skills and Experience in Butchery environment
- Knowledge of principles and practices
- Knowledge of basic business principles
- Knowledge of digital platforms
- Valid Manual Driver’s licence

- Confident, Presentable and well-groomed Male
- Possess excellent specific market knowledge
- Planning and strategizing meat cuts for orders
