Job Title: Guest House Housekeeper

Location: Phalaborwa

Description: We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join our housekeeping team in Phalaborwa. As a member of our housekeeping staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest house.

**Responsibilities**:
Perform cleaning tasks in guest rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces according to established standards.

Ensure all rooms are properly stocked with amenities and supplies.

Attend to guests' special requests and preferences promptly.

Collaborate with the maintenance team to report and address any issues with furnishings or equipment.

Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Maintain a high level of attention to detail to meet quality standards.

Work efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.

Report any lost and found items to the designated supervisor.

Support a positive guest experience by contributing to the overall cleanliness and ambiance of the guest house.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, and prolonged standing.

Positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: R2 500,00 - R3 500,00 per month
