**About the Role**:
The Construction Foreman will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various construction activities on-site. They will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budgetary and time constraints. The Construction Foreman will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and construction crew to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.

**Education Requirements**:

- Matric is essential.
- Certification or training in construction management is preferred.

**Work Experience Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
