**Requirements**:

- Firearm Competency: Must possess a valid and up-to-date firearm competency certificate. Your ability to handle firearms safely and effectively is paramount to ensuring the safety and security of our clients and personnel.
- PSIRA Registration: A valid PSIRA registration is a must. We prioritize the professionalism and commitment of individuals who have undergone the necessary training and meet the standards set by the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority.

**Responsibilities**:

- Rapid Response: Be prepared to respond swiftly to emergency situations, including alarm activations, distress calls, and security breaches. Your ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions is crucial.
- Patrolling and Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter criminal activity, monitor security systems, and identify potential risks or vulnerabilities.
- Incident Management: Effectively handle incidents, including but not limited to theft, trespassing, and vandalism. Your strong interpersonal skills and assertive approach will help maintain order and ensure the safety of all involved parties.
- Report Writing: Maintain accurate and detailed reports of all incidents, observations, and actions taken during your shifts. Good written communication skills are essential for this role.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our team, including fellow security personnel, clients, and law enforcement agencies, to provide a unified and coordinated approach to security operations.
