**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, review and refine in consultation with EXCO the Company’s business strategy, execute the strategy and obtain a leading position in the marketplace;
- Working with the management team to satisfy consumer needs, develop and nurture new and existing customers, partnerships, strategic alliances, and other market opportunities;
- Be the chief ambassador for the Company, ensuring that the company is well-positioned in the public marketplace and building relationships and credibility with stakeholders;
- Be the primary spokesperson for the Company;
- Provide high-level tactical leadership to the Board and the management team;
- Motivate a high performance, innovative and results-driven organization;
- Develop performance measurements and ensure these metrics are achieved

**Requirements**:

- Qualified CA ( SA) + LLB
- 10 years of MD/CEO experience in the Food/FMCG Industry
- Advanced Excel skills/experience
- Financial/Marketing and Sales acumen
- Operational Management experience
- Must be fully vaccinated
- Only SA Citizens will be considered
