**We're Hiring: Appointment Setters - In-Office Position (Bloemfontein)**

Are you confident, motivated, and great at starting conversations? Do you thrive in a **team-based** environment and love the challenge of closing deals? If so, we want you on our team.

**Position: Appointment Setter**

**Location**: Bloemfontein (Office-based role)
**Compensation**: Commission-only with high earning potential based on performance
**Work Structure**: Team-based environment
**Schedule**: Full-time, Monday to Friday
**Experience**: Sales experience is advantageous but not required - full training provided

**Responsibilities**
- Start engaging conversations and introduce our services
- Book qualified appointments for team leaders using Calendly
- Follow up with leads and ensure high conversion success

**Requirements**:

- Confident, outgoing, and strong communication skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to earn high commissions
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced office environment
