Position: Registered Nurse (Grade B4M1)

Purpose: Deliver exceptional service to all stakeholders (Members, Providers, Employer groups, Intermediaries, Schemes) through personalized clinical servicing. Focus on the overall care quality of interactions between our customers and the brand. Provide holistic, accessible care, managing the care journey end-to-end. Commit to our service care charter, continuously making a positive difference.

Experience:

  • 2 years in Managed Healthcare Operations
  • 3 years of Clinical experience

Qualifications:

  • Registered Pharmacist/Nurse or other healthcare professional
  • Relevant and active registration with a regulatory body
  • DNE Qualifications (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Service Delivery: Follow procedures and collaborate with peers for optimal service delivery.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain legal, statutory, and regulatory compliance.
  • Financial Management: Contribute to departmental cost savings.
  • Operational Performance: Meet delivery objectives and resolve performance issues.
  • Strategy Implementation: Stay updated with operational changes and deliver to quality standards.
  • Leadership: Engage in development, coaching, and mentoring. Support diversity and align with Afrocentric values.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain informative relationships with customers and stakeholders. Address complaints effectively.
  • Knowledge of healthcare environment, legislation, and customer service operations.
  • Skills in complexity management, teamwork, self-awareness, empathy, problem-solving, and communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other computer technology.
  • Strong interpersonal, administrative, and customer care skills.
