Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement audit processes for conducting quality assurance of all deliverables.
  2. Identify development needs and address these through training and continuous professional development.
  3. Proactively seek and embrace formal and informal peer coaching opportunities.
  4. Execute the monitoring assignment within the agreed budget and timelines.
  5. Identify and timely escalate issues to minimize impact on monitoring delivery.
  6. Ensure consistent quality client engagements and value-adding deliverables in all monitoring engagements.
  7. Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and a wide relationship network across business units.
  8. Respond to client needs and queries professionally and within agreed turn-around times.
  9. Communicate professionally in all communication forms.
  10. Negotiate with management to ensure key findings and follow-up actions are agreed upon.
  11. Plan monitoring assignments based on key processes and business risks identified.
  12. Execute monitoring field work in compliance with MCoE methodology.
  13. Prepare a quality and balanced monitoring report to specified standards.
  14. Identify opportunities for innovation in monitoring and develop practical solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:

Auditing + IT experience 3 - 5 years Monitoring Experience.
