We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Hotel Sales Coordinator to support our marketing and sales department in optimizing revenue and bookings at our 5-star hotel. This role involves managing client inquiries, coordinating with the sales and marketing team, and supporting various sales activities to enhance hotel performance.

POSITION INFO :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Correspond with prospects to answer questions about venue options, rates, room types, venue packages, and promotions.
  • Send out proposals, collect invoices, and handle correspondence.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in researching competitors and market trends.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to execute events and conferences.
  • Enter, retrieve, and reconcile information using the company's CRM system.
  • Assemble and send sales collateral to prospects.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and build company loyalty.
  • Conduct email campaigns and cold calls to generate new business.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or Finance.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive and perseverance to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Passionate about sales with a positive and energetic approach.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
