Looking for a dedicated and caring Nanny to provide full-time care for a 1-year-old baby and oversee 5-year-old and 9-year-old children after school. The position is live-out, Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM in Bromhof, Randburg. We are seeking someone with a passion for childcare, a nurturing approach, and the ability to manage the needs of multiple children in a busy household.

Key Responsibilities

1. Infant Care: Provide nurturing, age-appropriate care for our 1-year-old baby throughout the day, including feeding, changing, nap time, and developmental activities.
2. Afternoon Care: Supervise the 5-year-old and 9-year-old children after school, assisting with homework, snacks, and general play.
3. Child Development: Plan and engage in educational and stimulating activities for the children to encourage growth, creativity, and learning.
4. Safety & Wellbeing: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children always.
5. Light Housekeeping: Perform light household tasks related to the children, such as cleaning their areas, preparing meals, and keeping their toys and belongings organized.
6. Communication: Maintain open communication with the parents regarding the children's needs, milestones, or any concerns.

1. Previous experience as a nanny or caregiver, especially with young children.
2. A loving, patient, and responsible attitude towards childcare.
3. Ability to multitask and care for a baby as well as older children.
4. First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
5. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
6. Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
7. Ability to commit to a long-term position.
