About the Role
Our client, a cutting-edge software solutions provider with a global reach, is looking for a motivated Remote Junior Business Analyst to join their agile product development team. Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define project scope and objectives.
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and workshops.
- Assist in testing and validation of software solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
- Support the product management team in backlog grooming and prioritization.
- Communicate requirements and project updates to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote collaboration.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques is a plus.Understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills for effective remote interaction.
- Proficiency in standard office software.
