Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Information Systems or related field
- Project Management qualification essential
- Relevant certifications advantageous
Requirements:
- Strong Project Management experience
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements
- Knowledge of Freight Forwarding Business Applications
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Knowledge of Transport Management Systems advantageous
- SQL knowledge advantageous
- Experience within Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Transport environments preferred
KPAs:
- Lead software implementation and deployment projects
- Manage stakeholder communication and demand planning
- Gather and document business requirements
- Coordinate system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide training and support to end users
- Lead project delivery and system adoption across the business
