  10. Assist with renovations and repairs.
  11. Manage spares and stock control.
  12. Keep the workshop organized and clean.
  13. Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
  14. Fault-finding, PLCs, motors, and drive experience.
  15. Basic numeracy and administrative skills.
  16. Effective communication and teamwork.
  17. Proactive work ethic.
  18. Spares and stock management.
  19. Installation and commissioning experience.
  20. Qualified Millwright or Electrician.
  21. 3-5 years of manufacturing experience (food & beverage or packaging).
  22. Computer literacy and good admin skills.
