About the Role
Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Online Business Studies Tutor to join their academic support team, serving students in East London and the surrounding areas. This role focuses on providing comprehensive tutoring in various business disciplines, including management, marketing, finance, and economics, to tertiary-level students. You will help students understand complex business concepts, develop critical analytical skills, and prepare for their examinations. The ideal candidate has a strong academic background in business and a passion for teaching, with the ability to deliver effective instruction in a structured, professional manner, leveraging digital tools to supplement in-person sessions where needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in core business studies subjects.
- Explain intricate business theories, models, and case studies with clarity and practical examples.
- Assist students with assignments, project work, and exam preparation.
- Develop supplementary learning materials and practice exercises for students.
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback on performance and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, Marketing, or a related business field.
- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring business subjects at the tertiary level.
- In-depth knowledge of key business concepts and industry trends.
