Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and deploy complex, highly available, and fault-tolerant network solutions on leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Develop and implement network security strategies within cloud environments, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the integration of on-premises networks with cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow.
• Optimize cloud network performance, cost, and efficiency through continuous monitoring, analysis, and refinement of architectures.
• Collaborate closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure network solutions align with application requirements and business objectives.
• Define and document network standards, best practices, and operational procedures for cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues within cloud infrastructures, acting as a subject matter expert.
• Stay abreast of emerging cloud networking technologies and trends, and proactively recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Advanced Networking, Azure Network Engineer Associate) are essential.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in network engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on cloud network architecture and implementation.
• Deep expertise in designing and managing virtual private clouds (VPCs), subnets, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing within AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Strong understanding of hybrid cloud connectivity solutions and multi-cloud strategies.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Excellent knowledge of network security principles, protocols, and best practices in cloud environments.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems and network issues.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, adept at working effectively in a fully remote, distributed team.
• Self-motivated, with strong time management and organizational skills to excel in a remote work setting.
