About the Role
Our client is looking for an innovative and dedicated Early Childhood Learning Specialist to join their team in a fully remote capacity, supporting families in the Richards Bay area. This role is designed for a professional passionate about leveraging technology to deliver high-quality early childhood education. You will be responsible for developing curriculum, creating digital learning resources, and providing virtual support to parents and children. This position offers the unique opportunity to shape educational experiences from a distance, making a substantial contribution to early learning without the need for physical presence on-site. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking educator adept at virtual engagement and curriculum design.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum for early childhood learners in a remote format.
- Create and curate digital learning materials, including videos, interactive activities, and printables.
- Provide virtual consultations and support to parents on child development and educational strategies.
- Facilitate online learning sessions and interactive workshops for children and parents.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in early childhood education and remote learning.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Significant experience in curriculum development and instructional design for early learners.
- Proven ability to create effective digital educational content and resources.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for virtual interactions.
- Proficiency in utilizing educational technology platforms and software.
