Job Summary
Provide superior, seamless customer experience and offer suitable solutions to meet client needs. Utilise technology and leverage the virtual omni-channel environment to deliver service in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Perform banking duties and oversee the financial activities for business and individual customers.
Job Description
- At least 3 years demonstrated history of consistent year on year high sales performance as per annual performance ratings, in a banking environment – contactable references must be supplied.
- Must have at least 4 years experience in a high volume client facing, target driven financial services role, preferably banking – contactable references must be supplied.
- Must be able to interact with different internal stakeholders and various business clients across sectors.
- Must have a learning mindset, be highly energetic and possess an ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Must be highly resilient and resourceful and be deadline driven.
- Must be able to take accountability for own development and performance.
- Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, economics or related fields.
- Must be comfortable working with financials and various systems and processes at any given time.
- Ensure a deep understanding of client's working capital cycle and business needs to provide appropriate solutions.
- Provide superior, seamless client relationship management experience and offer suitable solutions to meet client needs (not a product pusher).
- A fast learner, adopter and contributor to technology and processes.
- Achieve and exceed performance targets as per individual scorecard and in line with own personal growth and development.
- Proactively drive acquisition and cross-sell initiatives with each client engagement.
- Must have a zero tolerance to negative client experience and be able to use any complaint as a gift of feedback to improve.
- Fulfil all activities in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards.
- Constantly seek to improve ways of working with stakeholders and team members by challenging the status quo and sharing best practices within the team aligned to knowledge, experience gained and providing constructive feedback as required.
- Must be a people person and be a skilled communicator (verbally and in writing).
Education
Higher Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required).
