Sage HRM (Human Resource Management) is looking for a consultant to design, implement, and optimize the HRM module within the Sage ERP suite.

This role involves analyzing HR business requirements, configuring HRM solutions, and providing functional application support. The consultant will work with ICT and HR teams to ensure seamless implementation, system optimization, and user training.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Functional HRM System Support: Provide 2nd and 3rd line functional support to HR and payroll users. Optimize the HRM system platform to ensure efficiency in HR and payroll operations. Support month-end and year-end HRM-related activities (payroll closing, leave rollovers, compliance reporting). Conduct on-the-job training for HR personnel on system functionalities.
  2. HRM Functional Design & Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and testing of Sage HRM solutions. Develop business requirement documents (BRDs) and other HR-related functional/technical documentation. Identify functional gaps in HR processes and recommend system enhancements. Implement solutions for payroll automation, leave management, and employee self-service (ESS). Work with HR stakeholders to translate HR policy into system workflows.
  3. HRM System Optimization: Collaborate with HR Business Process Owners to align Sage HRM with business needs. Prioritize and implement system enhancements related to payroll, benefits, and employee records. Conduct integration testing for HRM and Payroll modules. Work alongside developers to customize HRM reports and functionalities.
  4. HRM Project Involvement: Participate in HR digital transformation projects related to Sage HRM. Lead the HRM stream during Sage ERP implementations. Ensure that HRM deliverables meet compliance requirements and business expectations. Support project teams in developing HR-related reports, data interfaces, and application extensions.
  5. Documentation & Compliance: Create and manage HRM-related documentation, including user manuals, payroll guides, system changes, test scenarios, and compliance reports. Ensure all HRM technical and functional specifications align with Enterprise Architecture (EA) and labor laws.
Qualifications:
  1. B Degree / B Tech in Human Resource Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Sage HRM Functional Certification.
  3. Minimum 8 years' experience in ERP implementation, with a focus on HRM and Payroll.
  4. Strong expertise in Sage HRM (Payroll, Employee Records, Leave & Attendance, Self-Service, etc.).
  5. Ability to translate HR business requirements into system configurations.
  6. Experience in HR process automation and payroll optimization.
  7. Understanding of statutory compliance (tax regulations, labor laws, payroll policies).
  8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  9. Strong communication and training skills to support HR end-users.
  10. Experience in HRM integration testing, business analysis, and enterprise HR application support.
