Conventional Turner

Raineri Precision Tools is looking for an experienced Conventional Turner / Miller to join our team.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating conventional lathes and milling machines.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (verniers, micrometers, dial indicators, bore gauges).
• Strong knowledge of machining practices, tooling, speeds, feeds, and materials.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Trade qualification is advantageous.

Key Duties

• Set up and operate conventional lathes and milling machines.
• Manufacture precision components to drawing specifications.
• Inspect finished components and maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure a safe, clean work environment.
• Work with the production team to meet deadlines.

• Duties limited to loading & unloading of components
