Role DescriptionCloud23 is seeking a dynamic, driven, and hard-working Senior Information Technology Recruiter to join our team. This full-time hybrid role is based in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some remote work.
Key Responsibilities- Client Identification and Job Specs: Work closely with clients and leadership to understand hiring needs, ensuring a clear and detailed job specification to guide the recruitment process.
- Full Life-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment journey, from identifying the best candidates to executing successful placements. You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and negotiating offers.
- Sourcing Top Talent: Utilize creative and proactive strategies to source highly skilled IT professionals, aligning candidates with Cloud23's values and the specific needs of our clients.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture candidate pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates and a seamless process from initial contact through to onboarding.
- Collaboration and Hard Work: Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to develop effective hiring strategies while demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications- Proven experience in full-life cycle and technical recruiting.
- Expertise in IT recruitment and hiring processes.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills to identify top IT talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in the technology sector is a plus.
