About the Role
Our client is seeking an organized and dynamic Early Childhood Program Coordinator to manage and enhance their childcare offerings in Polokwane . This role involves overseeing daily operations, developing curriculum enhancements, coordinating staff training, and ensuring the highest standards of care and education are met. You will play a critical role in fostering a positive learning environment and building strong relationships with parents and the local community. This hybrid role requires a blend of on-site leadership and potential for remote administrative tasks, contributing significantly to early childhood development in Limpopo .
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the early childhood program, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum content and educational strategies for various age groups.
- Coordinate and conduct staff training sessions, fostering professional development and team cohesion.
- Manage parent communications, conduct enrollment meetings, and address feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and educational regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with management to develop program goals, budgets, and strategic initiatives for growth and improvement.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Development or Education Administration.
- Proven experience in managing childcare programs or educational facilities.
- Strong understanding of early childhood curriculum development and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, staff, and operational logistics effectively.
- Experience with hybrid work models and proficiency in relevant administrative software is beneficial for this role in Polokwane .
