High Volume Recruitment:

As a High Volume Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing high volume recruitment campaigns across various positions within the organization.

Your role involves sourcing, screening, and engaging a large number of candidates simultaneously, making sure that we have the best candidates ready to join our team.

Multilingual Communication (Beneficial):

While proficiency in English is required for effective communication, we value candidates who are proficient in Zulu, Xhosa, and Afrikaans as it can be beneficial for connecting with a diverse candidate pool. You may conduct interviews and assessments in multiple languages if possible.

Team Collaboration:

Collaboration is key. You will work closely with the Lead Recruiter and the COO to understand the business's unique hiring requirements and help the team meet our hiring targets.

Candidate Experience:

Delivering a positive and efficient candidate experience is a core part of your role. You will maintain professional and timely communication with candidates, ensuring their recruitment journey is a smooth and positive one.

Data Management:

Accurate recordkeeping is vital. You will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date candidate records and data in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and generating reports and metrics related to high volume recruitment activities.

Personal Attributes:

As a High Volume Recruitment Specialist, you should be adaptable and capable of working efficiently under tight deadlines. Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are key to success in this role. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be a dedicated team player.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in high volume recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in English is required, and proficiency in Zulu, Xhosa, and Afrikaans is beneficial.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.

Prior experience working with Zoho will be beneficial.

UPS and Fibre Internet is required.

Own work-from-home setup is essential.

Must be comfortable taking and making calls to prospective candidates.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Benefits:

This is a remote role, and working hours are from 10 am to 4 pm daily.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Door-to-Door Sales: Engage with residents in assigned communities to promote and sell fibre internet services, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our offerings.

Walking Routes: Follow designated walking routes to maximize coverage and reach potential customers within the community.

Educational Outreach: Educate potential customers about the advantages of our fibre internet services and answer any questions or concerns they may have.

Feedback Reporting: Provide detailed feedback and insights after each shift, including customer interactions, concerns, and market trends.

Working Hours: Work between 15:00 and 19:00 from Monday to Friday and between 08:00 and 12:00 on Saturdays.

Sales Reporting: Accurately record and upload sales data into both client systems and our internal systems for tracking and reporting purposes.

Customer Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with potential customers and leave a favourable impression of the company.

Qualifications and Skills:

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Ability to walk for extended periods and follow designated routes.

Sales or customer service experience is a plus.

Reliable and punctual.

Reporting Structure:

The External Fibre Sales Associate will report to a designated Team Leader who will provide guidance, support, and performance feedback.
