Job Responsibilities

Resolve customer queries and problems efficiently within laid-down time frames as per service level agreements. Understand risks associated with dealing with customer queries and confidential information. Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, adhering to guidelines and ensuring legislative compliance.

  • Completed Matric
Experience
  • 2-3 years of general banking experience with exposure to Home Loans and Insurance products and facilities - Insurance or Home loans knowledge/experience required.
  • A sound understanding of group policies and procedures.
