Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a T24 L3 Developer based in Johannesburg, South Africa. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing requirements, designing, developing, and deploying software solutions within the T24 environment. Day-to-day tasks include coding, testing, debugging applications, and collaborating with other developers and stakeholders to enhance the core banking system. The role entails maintaining existing functionalities, integrating third-party systems, and ensuring data integrity and security in compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience with T24 Core Banking System development and customization
  • Experience with DevOps - specifically Jenkins, Ansible. Openshift is an added advantage
  • Experience with MX SWIFT payments and other payment standards
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, jBase, and TAFJ
  • Skills in integrating third-party systems and APIs with T24
  • Knowledge in database management and SQL
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in the financial or banking industry is a plus
