You will collaborate with senior leadership and the Legal team to ensure compliance with local laws and practices, providing data-driven recommendations to guide decision-making on compensation, organisational structure, and workforce planning. Your expertise will help us analyse market trends, conduct job evaluations, and design salary surveys to enhance our global workforce strategies.
