Telemarketing Representative

Providential Financial Services is seeking a driven Telemarketing Representative to join our life insurance sales team. In this role, you will contact prospective clients to secure appointments and drive sales opportunities.

Compensation: base salary + tiered commission

Employment Type: Full-Time

Start Date: Immediate

1. Clear communication skills and confidence on the phone
2. Goal-oriented with a focus on results
3. Previous telemarketing or sales experience preferred, but training provided

1. Conduct outbound calls daily to generate appointments
2. Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
3. Maintain accurate call records
