• Provide a range of high-quality treatments, skin care, laser therapy, microneedling, facials, peels, electrocautery, microdermabrasion, phototherapy, cryotherapy, and skin scans in accordance with our protocols.
• Assist the doctors within consultations and medical procedures.
• Maximize revenue, generating opportunities, whilst enhancing the guest service experience through upselling, in accordance with protocols.
• Sales of skincare products.
• Assist when needed on the reception desk, making appointments, closing of sales, invoicing, receiving payment, managing the diary, and spa cash up, filing of client files, answering client queries via telephone and/or email.
• Set up and maintain therapy rooms and procedure rooms, replenish treatment rooms stock and consumables at every shift, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with spa standards, sterilizing equipment and instruments after procedures and treatments.
• Perform and assist with stock take weekly, ordering of consumables and products, replenish stock and merchandise product in the display cabinets.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements to offer innovative and effective treatments, introduce new therapies, assist with social media marketing.
• Maintain personal sales and commission schedule, track daily, weekly, and monthly targets as per company protocols.
• Serve refreshments etc. to guests at the practice.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with our clients, addressing any concerns or special requests with professionalism.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Education:

• Applicants must have a suitable diploma certification from a recognized institution. Accreditation with CIDESCO, SAAHSP, CIBTAC, and/or ITEC will be advantageous.
• Minimum qualification – aesthetics, electricals, and laser training.

Experience Requirements:

• At least three years work experience.
• Previous experience: cruise ship experience is advantageous, previous experience with an aesthetic doctor is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and good retail and sales experience.
• Proven experience in a luxury spa or high-end hospitality environment is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of spa treatments, techniques, and products.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in various roles within the clinic.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle as there may be a requirement to commute to a branch.

Job Type:

• Full-time contract.

Operating Hours:

• Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
• Alternate Saturday 8am to 1pm.
