About the Role

Fluidra is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Randburg. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for Warehouse duties.

Warehouse Operations
  • Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels.
  • Assist in optimising warehouse layout and organisation for space utilisation.
People Management
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to maintain high-performance standards and a positive work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Address any issues or conflicts within the team in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse staff, ensuring company policy and procedure adherence.
  • Motivate the team to maintain high-performance standards and a positive work environment.
Fleet Support
  • Assist in coordinating vehicle activities for transportation and delivery.
  • Support the development and execution of effective route plans.
Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in regular inspections and implement measures to promote a safe working environment.

About youEducation and Experience
  • Diploma or relevant certification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations or a similar role preferred.
Skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Attributes
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
