Client Success Manager - HUAWEI ADCORP BLU

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish contact with potential customers via phone, promote and sell products.
  • Understand customer needs, provide relevant products and solutions, and address customer inquiries.
  • Follow up with potential customers to ensure sales opportunities are converted.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships, promote repeat purchases, and foster long-term cooperation.
  • Meet daily call quotas and sales targets, and regularly report on progress.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Collect market information and promptly provide feedback on market trends and customer demands.

Job Requirements:

  • A university degree or higher, with prior experience in telesales or a related industry preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to establish effective contact with customers via phone.
  • Proactive, with a strong sales and service-oriented mindset.
  • Able to work under pressure and possess resilience to setbacks.
  • Familiarity with ICT products and industry trends is a plus.
  • Strong team player, capable of working with the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficient in office software and have a solid understanding of customer management.
  • Prior experience in telesales or working in the ICT industry is preferred.
