Sleep Like a Goddess is an emerging luxury sleepwear brand that redefines elegance, femininity, and comfort. Currently in its startup phase, the brand is being built with a vision to become the go-to destination for high-end, effortlessly sophisticated sleepwear—pieces so refined that they transition seamlessly from night to day.
We believe that sleepwear should be more than just comfortable; it should be an experience—a ritual of self-care, indulgence, and elegance. Our collections will be crafted from the finest natural fabrics, ensuring a luxurious yet wearable feel. Inspired by the slow, sensual mornings of the modern woman, our pieces will be designed for those who appreciate minimalism, sophistication, and quality craftsmanship.
We are looking for a passionate and skilled designer to join as a potential Co-Founder & Lead Designer in shaping the future of luxury sleepwear. This is not just a job—it's an opportunity to build something from the ground up. You will have the creative freedom to develop an entirely new aesthetic for high-end sleepwear, redefining elegance, femininity, and comfort with premium natural fabrics.
If you have experience in sleepwear, loungewear, or luxury fashion, understand the nuances of natural textiles, and are excited about creating a brand rather than just designing for one, this could be the perfect opportunity.
As a potential co-founder, you will play a crucial role in the entire product development journey—from design conceptualization to production—and have a stake in the company's future.
Potential Tasks- Lead the Design Process - Conceptualize, sketch, and refine elegant, feminine, and minimal sleepwear & loungewear collections
- Fabric & Material Selection - Work with luxury natural fabrics (silk, cupro, blends) and ensure quality, sustainability, and comfort
- Technical Development - Create tech packs, garment specifications, and production-ready files
- Prototype & Fit Oversight - Guide sampling, ensure perfect drape, cut, and fit for a high-end feel
- Manufacturer & Supplier Collaboration - Liaise with fabric suppliers, pattern makers, and production partners
- Brand Aesthetic & Visual Identity - Shape the creative direction of the brand across design, lookbooks, and campaigns
- Scaling the Business - Build a cohesive, scalable product line that aligns with the brand's vision
- Experience in Sleepwear, Loungewear, or High-End Fashion
- Expertise in Natural Fabrics (Silk, Cupro, Modal, etc.)
- Hands-on Experience with Tech Packs, Sampling, and Production
- An Entrepreneurial Mindset – Excited to create a brand from scratch and be part of the journey
- Strong Understanding of Luxury Aesthetics – Minimal, elegant, timeless
- Ability to Work with Manufacturers & Suppliers (Understanding of small-batch production is a plus)
- Passion for Women's Fashion & Slow Luxury
