As a Production Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient production, and improving factory performance. With your technical expertise, you will drive process improvements and support the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) for our manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manufacturing and Packaging Technology: Use your solid understanding of manufacturing technologies to drive process improvements and ensure optimal production efficiency.
  • Consumer and Customer Focus: Build world-class factories that eliminate losses and prevent inefficiencies, ensuring products meet customer and consumer expectations.
  • Accountability and Responsibility: Work directly with line crews, acting as the technical trainer, coach, and problem solver for root cause analysis and process improvements.
  • WCM (World Class Manufacturing): Apply WCM methods and tools to identify root causes of issues, implement countermeasures, and validate improvements. Master key tools in Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), Quality (Q), and Focused Improvement (FI).
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead efforts to solve chronic problems, reduce NVAA (Non-Value Added Activities), develop new standards, and drive productivity while maintaining quality and safety.
  • Process & Organizational Design: Use technical knowledge to optimize factory resources, including manpower ratios, to ensure sustainable processes.
  • Digital Deployment: Lead and coordinate the deployment of digital activities, ensuring consistency and maximizing benefits across manufacturing sites.
  • Projects: Lead projects to improve efficiencies, focusing on waste reduction, productivity, and cost optimization.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in production engineering, with solid experience in WCM or Lean Manufacturing within FMCG, Motor, or Manufacturing industries.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proven experience in High-Speed Packaging and a strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and lines.
  • Leadership & Coaching: Demonstrated ability to lead and coach teams in continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence.
  • Project Management: Strong experience in project management, quality management systems, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and change management processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Expertise in statistics, process control tools, and using data-driven insights to improve processes.
  • Additional Skills: Lean or WCM techniques, problem-solving, business acumen, financial understanding of factory performance, and leadership capabilities.
