Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development and Recruitment Consultant located in Durban Hillcrest.

Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  1. Generating leads and acquiring new business for organization
  2. Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  3. Negotiating with clients to secure business deals
  4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates
  5. Occasionally visiting prospective clients to foster relationships
  6. Preparing weekly and monthly sales and progress reports

Requirements:

  1. Valid driver's license and reliable personal transport

Critical Skills:

  1. Effective communication skills (both written and verbally in English)
  2. Strong planning, organizing, and coordinating abilities
  3. Excellent time management and punctuality
  4. Strong interpersonal skills
  5. Prioritizes delivering exceptional customer experience
