Wealth Analyst

Our client are seeking a highly motivated Wealth Analyst to join our team of financial professionals. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, conduct portfolio reviews, and present financial performance updates.
2. Proposal Development: Craft compelling proposals tailored to clients' unique financial needs and goals.
3. Meeting Support: Attend client meetings alongside Wealth Managers, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
4. Communication: Prepare insightful meeting recaps and reports, highlighting key takeaways and next steps.
5. Financial Expertise: Stay up-to-date on financial products, strategies, and risk management solutions.
6. Wealth Manager Support: Provide comprehensive support to Wealth Managers, including meeting preparation, research, and report drafting.
7. Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
8. Client Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
9. Administrative Support: Manage CRM data, coordinate with third-party providers, and handle client requests.

Education & Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in wealth management.

Skills:

1. Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Bloomberg, and/or Morningstar.
4. Exceptional project management skills.
