SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Manual packaging of finished products after the completion of the quality process. This includes the following types of products: minted coins, blank coins, cast bars, wires, discs.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by tracking stock movements, performing regular stock counts, and updating storage systems to reflect real-time data.
- Assist in performing quality checks on outgoing products to ensure they meet the company's quality standards, and handle discrepancies in stock or packaging.
- Support the customer service team by providing accurate and timely information regarding order status, delivery times, and any potential delays.
- Identify areas for improvement within the final storage and dispatch process and collaborate with the team to implement more efficient workflows and cost-saving strategies.
- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed in the final storage and dispatch, including the safe handling of materials.
- Ensure that products are accurately picked, packed, and labeled according to customer specifications and timelines.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- BTech / Advanced Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- BCom in Supply Chain Management.
- Acquired at least an overall average of 70% at tertiary level.
- Graduate Trainee / Internship / SIWES jobs.
