Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused In-Room Dining Server to join our team on weekends In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests in the comfort of their rooms. The ideal candidate is quick on their feet, detail-oriented, and thrives on providing top-notch service.

• Prepare for service by setting up in-room dining areas and ensuring all supplies are ready.
• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and accurately.
• Present the menu and assist guests with making selections, offering recommendations as needed.
• Confirm and accommodate special requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and guide them to a positive resolution.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure seamless service.
• Any additional tasks assigned by manager or supervisor.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A friendly, engaging attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
• Availability to work weekends, including mornings and evenings.
