At least 10 years proven experience in the manufacturing industry and General Engineering environment.

- Centre Lathe and Milling Machine experience
- Mig and Tig Welding experience
- Fitting experience
Key Responsibilities
- Measuring and Cutting materials to specifications.
- Welding materials using the correct equipment to join the materials together.
- Ensuring that the workshop is run smoothly and to keep everyone safe.
- Repairing cracked or broken metal work
- Checking the finished work to make sure that it falls within the tolerance marked on the blueprint.
- Maintenance support
- Able to plan ahead
- Manage time
- Able to prioritize
- Performing equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Following written instructions and keeping records
- Adhering to health and safety regulations
