Purpose
We're in search of a strong, hands-on Marketing Automation Producer to help develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns for our new packages: Connect, Interact, and Transact. This role is ideal for an individual with experience in lead generation using marketing automation and CRM tools, ideally HubSpot and Salesforce, to support sales and marketing initiatives. The Marketing Automation Producer understands marketing automation, CRM integrations, analytics, and reporting and enjoys testing and learning to optimize campaigns, customer journeys, personas, segmentation, and lead attribution across systems. The role requires an enthusiastic individual who seeks to make a real impact within the communications space in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities of the Role
- Email Campaign Execution: Schedule, test, and send emails to support marketing campaigns, ensuring quality and deliverability.
- Lead Management: Connect and load lead lists from third-party data sources while ensuring accurate lead source attribution and maintaining data integrity.
- Landing Page Implementation: Manage and optimize landing pages to meet technical requirements, including form submissions, lead progression, and conversion tracking.
- Lead Attribution & Reporting: Accurately assign and track lead attribution across systems, including HubSpot, Google Analytics, Power BI, ad platforms, and Salesforce. Build advanced reports to measure success, such as campaign performance and sales team activity (e.g., meetings and demos booked).
- Customer Journey Design: Create and implement multi-step communication journeys, integrating email, WhatsApp, and SDR outreach.
- Segmentation & Personalization: Develop and refine segmentation strategies to tailor communication and ensure personalized customer experiences based on interest, ICPs, Geos, and industry verticals.
- Lead Scoring & Handover: Design and implement lead scoring model to support qualification and seamless handover between systems and teams.
- HTML/CSS Development: Build and debug HTML/CSS for email templates and forms to enhance campaign performance and user experience.
- Reporting: Build and pull reports to measure success, including the number of meetings and demos booked for Inside Sales US and ROW teams and Enterprise team.
- Process Improvements: Continuously identify, document, and implement process improvements in marketing automation, lead management, and campaign execution workflows.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure marketing automation practices comply with global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and follow industry standards for email deliverability and engagement.
Requirements of the Role
Work Experience
- Marketing Operations Expertise: 5+ years of professional experience, including 2-5+ years in demand generation or marketing operations.
- B2B Technology Focus: Proven experience in B2B technology environments, devising and executing integrated campaigns across multiple platforms.
Knowledge and Skills
- Marketing Automation & CRM Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems like Salesforce, including reporting, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Email Marketing Expertise: Advanced knowledge of email marketing strategies, including deliverability, segmentation, dynamic content, and compliance with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Personalization and Customer Journey Mapping: Skilled in designing and executing personalized customer journeys to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Omni-Channel Expertise: Skilled in designing and managing campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and SDR outreach.
- Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Deep understanding of campaign tracking, data visualization, and analytics tools like Power BI, with the ability to deliver actionable insights.
- Customer-Centric Strategy: Strong ability to leverage customer data for segmentation, journey mapping, and personalization to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Technical Aptitude: Advanced ability to troubleshoot technical issues within marketing automation platforms and ensure seamless system integrations.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Proven experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, customer success, and creative teams to align goals and deliver cohesive campaigns.
