Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain a nurturing Montessori classroom environment.
• Guide children through lessons and activities using the Montessori philosophy and materials.
• Observe and document individual children's progress and developmental needs.
• Facilitate respectful interactions among children and guide them in conflict resolution.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and classroom activities.

Requirements

• Certified Montessori teaching qualification (e.g., AMI, AMS).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Montessori educator.
• Deep understanding of Montessori pedagogy and child development from birth to six years.
• Excellent observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to foster a positive and independent learning environment.
