Learnership Programme Details

Kaelo is offering a Learnership Programme for aspiring Information Technology / Project Management graduates. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals to gain on-the-job training in a real-world setting, supported by structured learning. Upon successful completion, you will gain valuable experience and potentially build a career with Kaelo.

The Learnership Programme will focus on Business Analysis, Systems Development and Project Management, a vital area in Kaelo's operations.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications to be considered for the learnership:

  1. Completed National Senior Certificate (Matric) or an equivalent qualification
  2. Completed NQF5 IT Qualification
  3. Be younger than 35 years

Core Elements of the Programme

As part of the learnership, you will be required to:

  1. Actively participate in the learnership programme and successfully complete the assessment process
  2. Engage in all workplace readiness activities and exercises, ensuring you are prepared for the practical elements of the job
