We are looking to recruit for 2 vacancies for the Role of Senior Front End Flutter Developer.

Main Purpose of Job

A Project Manager will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing projects, managing teams, budgets, and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Responsibilities
  1. Planning: Define project goals and scope, create a schedule, and estimate costs.
  2. Team management: Create and lead a team, motivate team members, and resolve conflicts.
  3. Budget management: Manage the project budget and ensure it's spent within budget.
  4. Communication: Communicate with stakeholders and ensure they're satisfied.
  5. Risk management: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the project.
  6. Quality management: Ensure the project meets quality standards.
  7. Portfolio Management: Oversee the programmes and projects, ensuring that all projects align with the organisation's strategic goals, deliver the intended value and benefits.
  8. Portfolio Governance: Establish and maintain portfolio and project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
  9. Resource Management: Optimise the allocation of resources across portfolio to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  11. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  12. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on portfolio performance metrics.
  13. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  14. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting lessons learned and best practices.
  15. Encourage innovation and the adoption of new tools and techniques to enhance project delivery.
Educational Requirements

Honours or Master's degree (advantageous).

Job Related Work Experience
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with at least 5 years' experience.
  • 5 years' experience Managing Multiple projects.
  • 5 years' experience Managing projects in the ICT Industry.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple aspects of a project, including scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, and resources.
  • Ability to balance time, budget, and scope constraints, programme and project management best practice, theory and methodology (PMBOK, Prince 2);
  • Budgeting and Cash Flow;
  • Financial and administrative management;
  • Budgetary procedures and control;
  • Written and verbal communication;
  • Research and technical writing;
  • Analytical capability;
  • Strategic thinking and planning;
Package:
  • Market related (depending on experience).
  • Fixed term contract 1 year (renewable depending on project needs and performance).
  • Statutory deductions (UIF & PAYE)
Commencement Date

As soon as possible.
