We are actively looking for a Systems Engineer (Junior – Mid Level) to join our small, but mighty team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is eager to develop their technical expertise while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. As part of our IT team, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our Windows infrastructure, Active Directory (AD), Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Exchange environments. A solid understanding of End User Computing (EUC) environments and networking is essential to succeed in this position.

In this role, you will play a key part in managing and maintaining IT systems, ensuring their reliability, security, and efficiency. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and supporting end users, while also contributing to system improvements and upgrades. Your expertise in Windows-based environments, combined with a proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving, will be highly valued.

We are seeking a candidate who is not only technically skilled but also eager to grow within the role. You should be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail. This position is office-based, providing you with the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience, and advance your career in IT.
