Financial Administrator

CAPE TOWN - DIEP RIVER We are in need of an Operations Administrator to cover a 3 month maternity contract.
It would be based in-office in Diep River, Cape Town, as the candidate would need to work closely with their operations manager during normal work hours.
Prior knowledge of health and safety is a bonus but not necessarily required.
A chemistry, engineering or scientific background would also be very beneficial but not a deal breaker.
The salary is R10 gross per month.
Office hours: 07:30 to 16:30 with a half-hour lunch break.
Minimum requirements:
- Matric + Administrative qualification like business or office admin (Quality Management Systems).
- 1+ years of experience in a business environment.
- Health and safety experience preferred but not critical.
- Driver's licence a must.
Points to consider:
- Fairly high-level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially SharePoint.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative to get things done.
- The nature of the work will often be fast-paced and working within tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills as they will be dealing with client representatives.
