Position Overview: As a Team Leader with Tourism, Sales and Customer Services experience, you'll play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service within our dynamic sales team. Whether you have experience as a sales agent or as a team leader, we're looking for someone with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the tourism industry.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate a team of agents who have combined sales and customer service experience to achieve and exceed targets and goals.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  3. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to sales agents, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
  4. Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and developments, identifying new opportunities for product innovation and market expansion.
  7. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in a sales and customer services role within the hospitality / travel industry, with a track record of success in achieving targets and upselling sales, driving revenue growth.
  2. Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their goals.
  3. Strong understanding of hospitality / travel products and services, as well as market dynamics and customer preferences.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers and team members.
  5. Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies, with a focus on consultative selling and relationship building.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
