ISA Trainer

Direct report: Project Manager

Overall purpose to provide first line support to the Cash Centre staff upon implementing ISA into the Cash Centre. To provide support relating to ISA systems, ISA Implementation based on business requirements, and to train users to utilize ISA application.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Matric certificate or equivalent
2. A clear criminal record
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
5. Knowledge of ISA 7 advantage
6. Knowledge of Cash Centre money counting equipment advantage
7. Knowledge of the Cash Centre operations advantage
8. 2 years' experience in a similar role or Cash Centre experience.
9. Own transport
10. Experience in reporting writing
11. Ability to work extended hours when needed
12. Ability to work without supervision, under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Key Performance Areas (not totally inclusive):

1. Provides first line user support to ensure the effective use of the ISA application.
2. Maintain head office liaison with regards to daily reporting.
3. Cash Centre queries and requirements.
4. Adhere to standard operating guidelines when utilizing ISA.
5. Reconciliation and balancing.
6. Ensure that laid-down procedures regarding the handling and movement of cash are adhered to.
7. Accurate record keeping within the Cash Centre's.
8. Subordinate effectiveness, motivation, and teamwork.
9. Laid-down risk control and security procedures always adhered to.
10. Operating losses at a minimum.
11. Assist in the implementation of new installations and support of current ISA components.
12. Always required to follow laid-down policies and procedures.
13. Planning is generally on a daily to weekly basis within regular activity cycles.
14. Undertake basic trend analysis of cash usage.
15. Able to take the initiative within limits of authority.

Administration:

1. Assists with development of training manuals and procedures.
2. Assists with the compilation of procedural documentation.
3. Reports on system availability, trends and maintenance to the Project Manager.
