Fundraising Specialist

• 3+ years of recruitment & selection experience ideally in the automotive sector
• Proven sourcing track record

Job Objectives :

• The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs.
• You will play a critical role in identifying candidates, conducting interviews, and guiding them through the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
• Source and attract candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen and evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews.
• Manage the candidate pipeline and track progress.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
• Negotiate offers and prepare employment contracts.
• Organize, plan, and prioritize work by developing specific goals and plans.
• Generate and maintain employee data on the JMS ERP system.
• Provide employees with leave reports on request.
