- Analysing, design, development and troubleshoot IBM BPM & BAWsolutions
- Develop RESTful services for external applications to connect andimplement Restful / SOAP based webservice calls using external services in IBMBPM (Swagger/WSDL)
- Working with SQL Server / IBM DB2 / Oracle Database, UCAs, TeamFilter/Retrieval Services and external integrations
- Design, development of reusable toolkits and frameworks to reduce thedevelopment effort
- Development, implementation, and optimisation of automated processesthroughout the Business Process Management lifecycle within IBM BPM.
- Ensuring best practices are applied to all Process Applications aspart of Continuous Improvement.
- Knowledge of FileNet (CMIS)
- Migrating Process Apps from 8.5.7 to BAW V21 (includes IBM BPM 8.6)with rigorous regression testing and SIT sessions with Test Analysts.
- Production support and Production incident management.
- UI implementations (BPM UI, coaches and custom coach views)
Business Process Engineering Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain business processes and procedures to meet businessobjectives in line with organisational standards and methodology and clearcommunication to business at all times.
- Functional requirement gathering.
- Process analysis, mapping, re-engineering and monitoring using bestpractices.
- Technical Solution Architecture design and implementation.
Desired Platform Knowledge:
- IBM BPM 8.5.7, 8.6 and BAW v19 (Required)
Requirements:
- 4-8-years’ experience in BPM development experience
- Tertiary qualification in I.T
- Fundamental understanding of best practices and anti-patterns
- Good understanding of data structures, application systems andexception handling
- Should be able deliver independently with minimal Knowledge Transfer
- Knowledge and understanding of Business Process Management Notation(BPMN) methodology and modelling
